Topic links go nowhere real until the CMS is fixed Measured on the live site: /tag/arts-culture/ and /tag/art-and-culture/ both exist and are both linked from the homepage, and mental health is /tag/mental-health-2/ — a slug Ghost generates when a tag is created twice. A reader clicking one sees a different, shorter list than a reader clicking the other, and neither looks wrong enough to notice. One topic must have one slug before these mean anything. This is a content fix, not a CSS fix.

Fifteen stories are listed. ⚠️ The live index reports Page 1 of 6 at thirteen per page, so the real archive is closer to seventy — this page is a specimen of the component, not a complete index.

Four titles carry no editorial phrase and render as plain headlines, which is correct and never a lie. If those stories are meant to have one, only an editor can supply it.
