MOCKUP — not the live site. Proposed /contact-us/. ⚠️ No email address or phone number appears anywhere on the live site — the live page is a heading, one sentence and an embedded Tally form, with no mailto:, no tel: and no address. None has been invented here. Every place one would go is marked as a gap for the owner to fill. The Maps link is the real one from aikyam.space/about/.

Come and see us

For most things you do not need to write first. The clubs are free and open — walk in during session hours and say who you are.

Open today · 2–6 PM

Sunday. Dance Club is running.

Come and see us

⛔⛔ “Send us a message” was a row in this list AND the heading of the section below it, linking to itself. The owner flagged it twice, independently — “this section is actually part of the send us a message above right?” and “these two are actually connected.”Two separate annotations on one defect is the strongest signal in the whole review, and it means the page did not merely look cluttered, it was genuinely unreadable as a structure.

The row is deleted, not reworded. A link that scrolls to a heading of the same name, on the same page, is a signpost to the room you are standing in. The form is not one of several ways to reach us — it is this page’s main action, so it simply follows, with the list holding only the ways that lead somewhere else.

⚠️ The heading changed from “Three ways to reach us” to “Come and see us”, which also removes a count from a heading — the same rule broken on /clubs/ by “The three clubs”. The count was going to be wrong the moment WhatsApp landed.

WhatsApp — not yet

We are setting up a WhatsApp number. Until it is working, the form below reaches us and someone is in the hall every afternoon, 2–6 PM.

This is a dated placeholder, not a copy string. A “will be shared soon” version was considered and refused. “Soon” is the same rot shape as the schedule — true the day it is written, silently false later, and with no date attached nothing will ever prompt anyone to replace it. A contact page carrying “soon” for eight months reads as neglect, and the reader has no way to tell how old it is.

So the wording carries no time claim at all. “We are setting up a WhatsApp number” is true on the day it ships and still true in six months; it names the missing thing and hands the reader something that works right now, which is the same grammar as “Add dates for prices”. If it is still here next year it is embarrassing but not false, and that is the difference worth buying.

What replaces it: another row in “Come and see us”, with the real number as a wa.me/ link. When that lands, this block is deleted, not edited. ⭐ And it costs no heading edit, because the heading no longer counts the rows.

⚠️ Nothing will surface this automatically. Added 10 Aug 2026 — the date is on the element as data-placeholder-added so a sweep can find it, but no sweep exists yet. It needs a human to come looking.

Send us a message

Tell us what you want to do. If you are asking about the room, say roughly when and how many people.

We read everything. You will get a reply from a person, not an automatic one.

Two fixes here, both found on a real device. The Send control was <a class="btn" href="#"> inside a <form> — a link cannot submit a form, there was no <button> or input[type=submit] anywhere on the page, and a screen reader announced it as “link”. The one control on the site's only form could not do its job. It is now a real <button type="submit">.

And the reply field was labelled “How we reply to you” with a placeholder “Email or phone” while carrying autocomplete="email" — the wrong hint for half the people who use it, and a placeholder is not a label. The label now says what to type, and the wrong autofill hint is gone.

⚠️ Reviewer note — three gaps, not page copy

1. There is no published email address or phone number

Not on this page, not on /about/, not in the footer — measured across all 26 pages. A room people are meant to visit should publish at least one. Nothing has been made up here; the owner has to supply it.

2. There is no street address

Only “aikyam space, Fort Kochi” and a Maps share link. The owner's decision was Maps-pin-only, so this mockup shows the pin — but a first-time visitor arriving by auto usually needs a line they can read aloud.

3. WhatsApp is coming but has no number yet

Ruled in by the owner on 10 Aug 2026 as a placeholder. It is likely the channel most neighbours would actually use, so the number is the thing to chase — see the note beside the block above for what replaces it.
